Panacea Building Systems was appointed to deliver both the superstructure and internal fit-out elements for a 72- bed care home and six residential bungalows in Adel, Leeds. The project formed a multi-facility development that required careful coordination and strategic planning to meet complex phasing requirements set by the main contractor.
Scope of Works
Panacea Building Systems comprehensive scope included:
Construction of the 3-storey care home using Panacea Building Systems innovative Metframe LGSF system
Completion of the Metframe superstructure in an agreed 12-week programme
Delivery of a bespoke ceilings and partitions package for:

Six neighbouring bungalows
