Testimonials

“Considering life safety seriously and making allowance for the requirements of the passive fire protection system has been a recurring theme in our dealings with Panacea. The benefits of early engagement, coordination of trades and working to tested details is something we are strong advocates for. It has been refreshing to see Panacea embrace this challenge as opposed to more traditional approaches and the finished projects are a great testament to this.”

“Armstrong Burton have recently completed the design of a four storey care home in Fareham for our client McGoff Construction in partnership with Panacea Building Systems. The superstructure consists of an offsite solution which has been fully co-ordinated and delivered by Panacea.

The lightweight Metframe structure was designed by Metsec Engineers in conjunction with ourselves & the Project Architect, together with Panacea’s specialist advice on critical items including balustrades and external masonry support to ensure a fully comprehensive solution.

By utilising a lightweight superstructure solution in lieu of traditional masonry we were able to realise a more economic foundation design leading to both programme and cost savings. Furthermore, we envisage that the offsite fabrication and pre-assembly of the panels will lead to a much faster build time compared to alternative construction methods”.

“Recognising the benefits of the Metframe system Panacea have worked closely with voestalpine Metsec to deliver a number of projects successfully within the care home sector.  With Panacea able to recognise value in how to best utilise the Metframe system suitable projects are recognised early and streamlined as effectively as possible to give the most efficient route from conception through to project completion.”

“Panacea have recently provided their services for our current state of the art care facility in Hampshire. This facility consists of 66 beds set over 3 floors with 2 stacked external balcony features.

Panacea’s remit was to provide and install a pre-fabricated Metframe superstructure over a reduced programme period. With collaborative design input and a stringent approval process, the key delivery dates were achieved to allow the installation to commence, this was a well organised and managed process providing a clean and safe installation with a substantial saving on time and labour.

This will inevitably provide a platform for the project to achieve a fantastic product, to one of our much valued clients.
