Scope of Works
The project involved the construction of a 3-storey care home using a full Metframe structural solution, complemented by a bespoke roof build-up and complete internal drylining package. Key elements included:
Metframe superstructure erected over three floors.
Bespoke roof structure utilising a combination of hot rolled steel and engineered timber joists.
Full drylining installation, including walls and ceilings, delivered to tested and certified performance standards.
Careful logistics planning due to restricted site access and proximity to a high-speed railway line.
