Project Overview

McGoff Construction Limited have appointed Panacea Building Systems to deliver both the structural frame and internal fit-out for a dual-purpose residential development in Congleton, Cheshire. The scheme comprises a new 70-bed care home alongside 14 high-quality townhouses, forming a mixed-use community-focused development. This will be Panacea Building Systems 14 light gauge steel frame solution for a care home and are now considered the leading provider of this structural solution using Modern Methods of Construction for care homes in the UK. 

Scope of Works

Panacea Building Systems current involvement includes:

  • Panacea Building Systems groundbreaking Metframe LGSF structural solution for the 3-storey care home

  • Rapid completion of Metframe structural design, delivered in a record timescale

  • Ongoing development of bespoke ceilings and partitions design solutions

  • Coordination of the full internal fit-out design for both the care home and the 14 townhouses

This multi-package engagement reflects Panacea Building Systems technical expertise across both structural and interior systems.
