Project Overview

Panacea Building Systems was appointed by McGoff Construction Ltd to deliver various internal packages for a 67-bed care home in Egerton, Bolton, developed for Newcare. The project involved working within a traditionally constructed 3-storey building, with the added complexity of retaining the existing façade as part of the construction process. 

Scope of Works

Panacea Building Systems delivered a comprehensive internal package across the care home, including:

  • Specialist drylining systems

  • Internal partitions

  • Suspended ceilings

  • Plaster finishes throughout

These works were carried out across all bedrooms, communal areas and back-of-house facilities. 

Outcome

  • The completed care home provides a highquality, comfortable and visually refined environment for residents in Egerton.
