Scope of Works

Panacea Building Systems remit included both the superstructure and internal works. Key components were: 

  • Metframe structural solution across three storeys  

  • Timber trussed roof construction 

  • 14-week superstructure delivery programme  

  • Full installation of drylining, suspended ceilings and plastering works 

  • Collaborative support to McGoff Construction in delivering a challenging project on schedule
