Project Overview
Panacea Building Systems was appointed by McGoff Construction to deliver the structural and internal fit-out elements across a complex, multi-building development in Lymm, Cheshire.
The scheme comprised a 66-bed care home for Newcare, a children’s nursery for Back to the Garden Childcare, and 45 retirement apartments for Villafont—all constructed simultaneously on one site. This landmark project required exceptional coordination, sequencing and resource management to maintain programme momentum across three independent buildings.
Scope of Works

Metframe LGSF superstructure for the 3-storey care home
Completion of the care home superstructure in an 11-week programme
Full drylining, suspended ceilings and plastering works across:
The 66-bed care home
