Scope of Works

Panacea Building Systems was appointed to deliver both the structural superstructure and the interior fit-out elements. Key aspects of the project included: 

  • Panacea Building Systems innovative Metframe structural solution across three storeys

  • Timber trussed roof system installation

  • Feature balcony terraces incorporated into the structure

  • 12-week superstructure completion

  • Significant integration of additional hot-rolled steel members to support an upper-floor plant room

  • Delivery of specialist internal partitions and ceiling systems
