Panacea Building Systems was appointed by McGoff Construction Ltd to deliver both internal and selected external works for a 56-bed care home in Weybridge, Surrey, on behalf of Barchester Health Care. Constructed on the site of a former garden centre, the development required a high-quality finish throughout and careful coordination across multiple work packages.
Scope of Works
Panacea Building Systems delivered a comprehensive package of works across the traditionally constructed two storey care home, including:
Specialist drylining systems
Internal partitions
Suspended ceilings
Taping and jointing works throughout
Installation of Hardie Plank external cladding boards to the façade
These works covered all residential, communal and support areas within the building.
