Panacea Building Systems was appointed by McGoff Construction Ltd to deliver the various internal packages for a 66-bed luxury care home in Wilmslow, Cheshire, developed for Newcare. The project required a high-end finish throughout, reflecting the premium nature of the facility and its sensitive integration within mature, landscaped surroundings.
Scope of Works
Panacea Building Systems was responsible for delivering a comprehensive internal package across the traditionally constructed 3-storey care home, including:
Specialist drylining systems
Internal partitions
Suspended ceiling installations
Plaster finishes throughout the building
The development included 66 resident bedrooms as well as a separate annex building housing staff facilities, laundry, storage areas and meeting rooms—all of which were included within Panacea Building Systems scope.
